We are a Johor Bahru-based company with over eight years of experience. In the early days, we started by setting up umbrella booths in various neighborhoods and visited shops door-to-door to offer our services on the ground. Over time, our services expanded from Johor Bahru to the whole of Malaysia through online platforms, allowing us to overcome geographical boundaries. We are proud to serve Malaysia’s diverse community in three languages, ensuring accessibility for all ethnic groups.

Over the years, we have built strong collaborations with real estate agents, property developers, and apartment management teams. Through these partnerships, we connected with various international communities: retirees from Singapore, students from China, and expatriate professionals from Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, and more. Beyond residential services, we are proud to have served well-known Malaysian chain pharmacies, colleges, and popular café franchises (kopitiam).

Currently, we are seeking to expand our collaboration with MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) agents. Our goal is to connect with entrepreneurs and residents, both from Asia and around the world, who are interested in relocating to or starting businesses in Malaysia. We are excited to explore new opportunities and build partnerships to better serve this dynamic market.
